Oscar - Employee Onboarding

When an employer has employee work numbers settings set as automatic, Oscar is not allocating these to onboarded employees.

This needs pre-warning when setting up a new employee to start onboarding, rather than just telling us it's wrong AFTER we've tried to submit.

Need to look at the mapping of the address info from Oscar into Brightpay. Currently Oscar imports into address lines 1, 3 and 4 and throws an error. Moving 3 into 2 resolves the error, but 4 also needs moving into 3 for successful pension export.
